I do IT stuff: support, server maintenance, incident management n shit

I used to replace horse shoes on horses. I was scared shitless that I was going to get kicked but it was good money and it never happened, so. I also had a job that had the acronym of, "A.S.S." It's Affordable Self-Storage. I emptied storage bins that people were way over-due paywise, and kept some shit for myself. In one of the lockers, I found an -old- Luger. Like, a real one. I also found a very old throwing star, a sword, a five foot dildo - dude the shit I found in those lockers was ridiculous. Oh yeah, I got an Atari, too.

 

I work Nightshifts around some postal office that apparently is afraid people will steal all their stamps.
So, Night-Security.

That's a fancy as fuck title, I'm just a Technician.

If I eventually change departments I will be a System Engineer, though!

 

I file A&E incident reports in a huge room full of huge ass patient folders. Exciting.

Unemployed, every business I go to tells me "You need to be 16". They won't take me on because I haven't got my National Insurance yet.

 

Well last summer I defended the parks of the great City of Bridgeport, Connecticut from evil doers and non-residents by counting people getting on a water taxi and checking parking permits.

Then I worked on a local congressman's campaign.

Now that I'm home from school, I applied to work Asset Protection at Best Buy, and also to GameStop but they're pretty swamped in applicants I bet.

 

Not that much of a job, but I keep helping people with computers.
Mostly technologically retarded1 teachers in my school who get a heart attack when a pop-up appears.
I am still trying to get myself to charge people, especially since 90% clients aren't trying to help (sometimes doing the opposite) and I walk away with nothing (and no satisfaction doesn't count gtfo with stories for children)

I'd like to be an A.S.S. Storage Hunters has really inspired me.

 

I'd like such a job but there isn't anything like that in Poland (at least that I'm aware of) :/
