Kreuger's Creativity Thread

Discussion in 'Creative Media' started by Kreuger, Jun 20, 2014.

  1. So essentially, this is a thread based upon Posing and Creating Poses.

My first pose using the Ragdoll Mover.

  2. Couple of Fallout New Vegas inspired poses.

    Victory; for Caesar's Legion.

  3. I much prefer Three, I hated nearly every faction in New Vegas, besides the BOF, but they went under, literally.

I love NV And 3. 3 I would prefer more but they are both fantastic games either way.

Nice work on the art as well.

  5. New Vegas had better mechanics, but the atmosphere in Fallout 3 alone is what makes it a outstanding game in my book, I have never played anything quite like it, and it is by far one of my favorite games. ""Now what if I, the all powerful Three Dog, bow-wow-wow, were to tell you that somewhere right here in the Capital Wasteland, is a place with lots of trees?"

ShadowOfDoubt In the grim dark future. There is only SCG.

I personally dislike ragdoll mover. I found it a little hard to use personally. I prefer to just use my physgun.

Although it has it's uses at times.

One of my very first. Low quality textures because I had a toaster back then..

This one was more of a test for my new PC.

I've done a lot over time. I either lost them all, or whatever.

They're all pretty bad now that I look back on them... Then again, most of these "professional" posers have moved on to using SFM, or they keep all their custom content to themselves for the most part.

  10. God screw SFM, with all due respect: let the pros use it, because it really is hard as all fucking hell to make even something decent with it.

It's not really all to difficult once you get the hang of it [member=5522]Atebite[/member]

It just requires practice and patients, snepai.

  12. I've used it and made some shots, the tools aren't hard to handle and you grasp how to use the software relatively quickly, but lighting becomes an absolute bitch because you're going to be pumping out pictures of higher quality which makes it really noticeable.

  13. I may not have posted in a long time, but I'm not letting my thread die. (Even though it may already be dead.)

Those are some rather large children.

  15. All of my poses are Garry's Mod. I use Ragdoll Mover and Easy Animation tool to create my poses, and to create depth-of-field I use in game effects :)

I've definitely improved over my posing since when I started.

  16. Super depth of field.

    Always.

heres the thing, Duspende. the ragdoll mover means the difference between a good pose and a shit pose. you dont use the ragdoll mover yet he does, and thats gonna be a problem.

Not really. The physics gun is hard to maneuver, and it's hard to even set a ragdoll in an upright position without having its ass sticking out. With the ragdoll mover/stand pose tools, it's much easier and you get a better end result because it's precise and moves one bone at a time.
