Kurobux gambling

    As a new way to gain Kurobux, aside from the rock paper scissors system implemented already. We should implement the old forum games here, and implement the Kurobux system as a way to gamble with other players in such games, instead of have a game about pure chance, and hoping kurozael sucks ass at playing Rock Paper Scissors. @kurozael
