HL2RP Looking for development/staff team.

Hey everyone, as the title says I am currently looking for more people to assist in the development and staffing of my Half Life 2 RP server. This mainly includes coding, creating plugins, and being able to actively take part in the server as staff and player. As staff you're expected to know the rules of the server and be able to host events. This isn't a paying job. I want people who are doing this for the fact that they enjoy it, not because they want easy money. The server will be a Combine Military Roleplay server based in the outlands of an unspecified city. The server lore DOES NOT follow the canon of Half Life 2 entirely, and is based around the scrapped concept of the Combine using human conscripts as a military force.

That being said, regular citizens or denizens as we call them on the server because they have escaped the main cities and chosen to live in the outlands, do exist and may choose to live their life however they wish, whether that be as a peaceful person just trying to live life, a bandit trying to take what they want from others, or even a rebel attempting to take down the combine. if you're going to ask for devs, then say WHAT you need devs to do, not just advertising your community, as that won't get you too far
what do you need done, how long do you think it will take, what is the commision / reward for taking part, etc etc.
