HL2RP Looking to hire someone to setup Schema

So, I apologize in advance if I am posting under the wrong topic, or am doing this wrong, but I am new to C16. Anyways, I recently bought HL2 RP Legacy and am looking for someone to setup a Schema from scratch (Yes I bought the Schema rename and all, I'll have the Dev Key in a few hours hopefully). Anyways, I am running a new Star Wars The Clone Wars server and would like somebody to make a custom Schema for us. Now as nothing in this world is free, we are willing to pay whatever kind soul decides to help us out. The details of what we need and want are below.

-Schema Rename
- Custom Factions and Classes
- Custom Weapons
-Custom Items
-Shop and Inventory system (Using our weapons and items of course)

Some small things may be tacked on here and there, but that should be about it for the moment, we really just need it to be up and running as we are keeping our server down until we have switched from the Dark RP system we are using now. Right now we can only afford to pay about $40 to $50 to do this, although the price is negotiable and may vary depending on the quality of work and amount of work done by whoever takes the offer. We do have a teamspeak to communicate on, but never the less information can be shared at a later date.

Unfortunately this is the sort of thing that if you don't know how to do it or don't already have someone to, your server is going to hit the ground and splat pretty quick...
Custom weapons, items and shop @ inventory system are by no means a small task..

I think you should become a bit more familiar with clockwork and HL2RP schema so you have a bit better understanding of what you're up against.
I'd help, but there's just not enough hours in the day, and it's kind of a big task...

Kinda asking a lot here, this might also take a while to the point they might charge you weekly, monthly, or just a shit ton in total.

I know @RJ has a Star Wars schema already, so you could work off that if he gives permission. it's on his github somewhere.

Also, I can vouch for @Outcasted , pretty helpful guy (when not high).
