Features :

Role-playing guides : On the forum, there is currently a small amount of RP guides, but we plan on putting more.

Functioning Electricity : The electricity in city 10 can be turned off or on (Blackout/lockdown/invasion events). The undergrounds can become pitch black, where it is impossible to see without a flashlight.

Rebel Friendly : Rebellious activities are encouraged in the undergrounds, we currently have one person smuggling weapons (Knives/9MM). We have a rebel class designed to promote Rebel roleplay (as long as it doesn't get out of hands)

New CWU roleplaying system : The CWU are now incouraged to hire citizens to work for them in factories. Citizens produce things and the CWU pays them for these things. We also added "Union cards' these cards has to capacity of opening certain biolocks. We encourage the CWU to be more focused on helping the CCA than the citizens.

Furnished Rooms for the citizens : Each room in the Civil Union Housing is already furnished to your needs.

Functioning TVs allowing broadcasts : Each room in the Civil Union Housing has a TV. These TVs can broadcast live messages from the City Administrator.

Looks like a very nice community, custom map.

Ranks are a bit different, I like that though. Changes things up a bit.

This all looks very nice. I suggest pimping up your forum, and hey, give some credit when you use a guide from another community or this will turn into a flame-war.
