HL2RP Map for new community

Hello there.
We wanted to start a new community and we would like to hear your opinion on wich is the best map to start with.
We were thinking about using one of these maps :

- C17
- I17
- C8
- C45
- C13

But you also can suggest some other maps you think would work for a rising community.

Anything but industrial, it's extremely overused.

 

Industrial only works for large communities with a dedicated playerbase of atleast 20
City 13 is literal fucking trash
City 17 isn't very good
City 8 may work if you pull it off right EG make it feel different, and not just base HL2RP with a completely out of place map
City 45 is alright in my opinion. Older / Catalyst versions are better

Back on topic: Despite Industrial 17's obvious reputation of being overused, I do believe it's a default option by communities for a reason as it draws players. However, as previously stated, it's also a map that requires a consistent 20-30 population as not to feel like a ghost town. You see.
We are kinda new in the hl2rp servermaking, and we are trying our best to fit the stardards. So, once the preparing stage will be done, we will make a post on the site regarding the server and community.
If you would like you can leave opinions, suggestions. As we would like to improve the best way possible.
