Metropolice Pack - Yes or No?

Hey, I'm currently deciding whether or not I should just use the default vanilla models for my HL2RP server, or use the MPF Pack for my MPF? I don't use very many addons, because I don't want to clutter my members with a shitload of addons that'll make them spend more time downloading then experiencing some fun.

So, Metropolice Pack - Whats your perspective? Yes, or no?

 

About how many people have those models now it's generally not an issue for someone to download those. But a lot of people will tell you not to use them because they are not canon and some will tell you to use them because they are good looking.

It's all a matter of taste really.

 

I'm going to follow true to the canon as other people say to, and I'm going to see how it works out if I just use the normal vanilla models.

 

True canon would have no SeC or any of that shit, just regular citizens in suits with memory replacements, following orders given by dispatch. Or I'm mentally deficient.

Well, again it's really your choice. Some people like different things and some people like the same things. Some people like custom models some do not, you're not going to please everyone.

 

If you have a decent coder use default models, he can do some very cool stuff if (approximately) all units have the same model.
