Modular Themes?

    I saw in the dev logs that NightAngel added Modular Themes, what is this? Does this make changing schema names free or something? BECAUSE THAT'D BE COOL RIGHT? RIGHT?

    Modular Themes IIRC is that you can edit the Tab menu to your needs, like move tabs around, change colors, etc
