    What are some good movies you guys have watched recently?

    I recently watched Nighcrawler with a friend. And it was pretty damn good. I'd definitely recommend it to anybody who likes noir flicks.

    I saw Krampus in theaters last Friday and it was shit; like I expected

    but I saw Mad Max Fury Road three times in theatres once at home, and that movie is metal as fuck and my favorite movie this year

    A portion of my friend group is really into movies so I see a good number.
    Her, Grand Budapest Hotel and A Most Wanted Man were all really good although I guess those weren't super recent.

    I agree that the books did it better, but I definitely could feel way more emotion and could easily visualize the world in the movie. I feel the lower tiered writing in the books gave me that impression, but they were good either way.
