excuse me, what have I done that could be considered "that"
my condolences and all but what do you expect me to do

    stuff like this happens.
there's nothing I can really say anything apart from
"my condolences" and "stuff like this happens"

Lost two ferrets in the last couple of years.
Sawyer was that one pet you'd take out of his cage and snuggle with for a good hour. Was a big fatty. Wasn't too playful, but also not too fat. Just a warm fluffball to wrap in between your tits. He died last year, from age most likely.

Jack was the exact opposite of Sawyer. He was the one when we let him out, he had to be constanly monitored so he didn't explore the holes in the bottom of the bathroom wall. The last couple of months, he's really show sign of his age and possible sickness. He couldn't make it to the litterbox, and shat literally everywhere in his cage. He has a little hammock that he'd lay in, wouldn't even get out of that at times, and would just hang his head off to eat outta his foodbowl. Died last month, currently buried in my father's backpack.

Sawyer is currently in a box in our shed. He's been there since he died, but we made sure that the box was secured; packing taped over about 5 times, etc etc. We're planning on burying him next to his brother. Sawyer was 12. Jack was 14. Not a bad lifespan if I say so myself.

Well, my condolences too you. The only thing that makes me mad about my dog's death is that there's no one to blame and no one to harm because of it (but I'm still very devistated about his death even if there was a guy). Went to his vet and they said he had seeds in his feces, so, maybe he ate a plant and then it happened.

It's weird, it feels like he's still here but they aren't...

  5. Dude. There's no point in moping around. It won't bring him back. Get a move on, and continue life.

I want you to do me a favour, [member=5422]MisurNutella[/member]. I want you to get a pencil.
Okay? Now I want you to drop it on the floor. Go on, do it.
Now, I want you to tell that pencil that "There's no point sitting there on the floor. Get a move on."
Does it jump back into your hand?
    No?

I hope I made my point.

I appreciate your concern for him. But the last he needs is another asshole on this thread.

ShadowOfDoubt In the grim dark future. There is only SCG.

I feel that he's actually quite right.

There is no point sitting around in the past. Better to just keep pushing forwards.

either way, this thread is becoming a little to soppy for me so

    yeeeeah

I do agree, you're right. It's not healthy, mentally atleast, to keep dwelling in that one point.

However, the way he brought it across, is out of the question.

This is his thread, no need to bash him out of it.

  11. Considering my Grandmother died, which probably just a little bit more serious... And my Aunt... All in under a month...
And yet, I continue on with my life. So, thanks Husky. Thanks for calling me an asshole, when I'm giving legitimate advice. No need dwelling on what cannot be changed bro. I feel for you. I think my dog that I have been with since I was 5, and I'm almost 17 now, is about to buy the farm. He has cancer real bad, and is literally bone and skin. But, he has lived a good life, and was the best damn dog I could have asked for. But, I cannot change the fact that we will die soon. I'll be depressed, but no need to screw my life because of it. Again, I feel for you. But, I doubt your dog would want you to mope around.

I'm very sorry for your loss.
