Is the enhanced desc plugin compatible with the New Vegas schema? It doesn't seem to work on my server. (Can set my description and such, but can't examine myself or others.)

Did you put it in the cwnewvegas plugins? It should work, but I did make it with hl2rp, so I'm not sure.

 

I tried putting it in cwnewvegas, then tried placing it in the normal clockwork folder. Didn't work for either of the options.

 

I don't have a newvegas key to code and test for it. Sorry. ;-;

 

The broom for the vortigaunt is broken. They dont even sweep. The animation is messed up for it and the broom isnt being held the right way.

Strange, it works for me. What model and vortigaunt plugin are you using? Maybe try redownloading the plugin.
