    [Clockwork:Observer Mode]
The 'PlayerNoClip' hook has failed to run.
gamemodes/clockwork/framework/sh_kernel.lua:1857: attempt to call global 'T' (a table value)

    1. I didn't modify the original files.
    2. I still can use noclip but via commands (!noclip or /observer)
    3. When I start the server, this error doesn't appears and I can toggle noclip freely through my bind button but at some point it just starts malfunctioning.
It won't toggle noclip by hitting the bind button (default v but I set it to j)
and I can't use any inventory/character related commands too. (those involving database I think)
Anyone know why is this happening? And how to fix it?

If you didn't modify the files and you installed correctly, It's most likely a plugin or an addon.

I fixed it! It was a addon problem, thanks a lot.
