Honestly, with my IRL situation I could dedicate the amount of time like you said, as for Rick and PT1LLY I'm not too sure, but they're usually good with dedication and staying active. As for time, we've got it locked down.

So far, @Sim2014ftw has been RPing a black character who has already for the cliche. Saying random things like 'black lives matter'

The reason as to why my character is semi unprofessional is because the enviorement isn't supposed to be super military marine rp. I've talked to the owner about the drills, new players won't be going through that ever again. As for Sim, yeah we're considering kicking him out, I expected his behavior to be much better.

Jokes aside, I'm enjoying it so far, chief is a nice guy and isn't an asshole because we have some random chatter going on while we're doing the briefing.

 

Honestly, everyone is pretty good and serious except for Sim. He just does the wrong thing at the wrong time.

 

I got kinda disappointed that the beginning of my playthrough was pretty much useless military simulation, with line roleplay, formation roleplay, and stupid orders to go around everywhere. However, the event in itself was better, except for a kinda slow pacing.

 

From what everyone is saying the server seems good, I saw some of the screenshots and I wish I was there!

Also, could a moderator move the argument? This shit always happens.

Event and passive was fun. We --..
Destroyed Brotherhood Of Steel uplinks and terminals
Encountered resistance, thinned numbers of Knights and Paladins.
Captured a scribe, holds valuable information. Have yet to interrogate.
Omega promoted to Private First Class and holds MP status.
Chilled for a bit save for an unfortunate incident with Legion.

It was a very simple event, but fun and a nice intro. We worked on the quirks and the staff and the white listed players held a civil discussion on the rankings of the NCR, as well as Legion boundaries. It was a very good day, hope to see you all next week, feel free to apply for a whitelist on the forums if you can! Thanks guys for the wonderful experience!

 

OPERATION LIFEBRINGER
The troopers have been reassigned to the 8th Infantry Battalion, stationed in the northeastern frontier of the Republic, now serving under Lt. Ryan Kado, commanding officer of the platoon that occupies Camp Orion. With rangers to constantly locate threats for them, the troopers will defend their nation. ​

I probably had to perform the most PainRP ever. But, it was probably the most entertaining events I've ever been in. Good job, guys.

 

I liked the event, it was 8/10. We're working on more cooperation between staff in opfor, there was quite a lot of confusion and misconceptions. I did like the fucking WW1 style charge we did up the hill and 80% of us got wounded lmfao. I could tell a lot of us in the end were desperate and running infact out of ammunition.

DEBRIEFING
Raider threat quelled, platoon suffered 80% casualties. Town inhabitants - half were dead. Reinforcements from APC convoy assisted in raider threat.
Week of rest granted for platoon, good job Troopers!​

 

OPERATION: SPECIAL DELIVERY​

"The NCRAF command in the northeastern region charges the Camp Orion forces with escorting a supply shipment for the NCR base near a town in eastern Nevada. It is the troopers’ mission to protect the goods at all costs against all possible hazards."

The event will begin at 5 PM PST, as usual on saturday.

 

i've been asked personally by canoness to post this here, basically the context is omega, cano, and one of the writers basically left premium gaming as a whole to branch out and become independent from any community. with that, they left and the owner didn't like it even though they respectfully attempted to leave. then a fight happened and after 4 hours of this bullshit and people at eachothers throats cano got tired of being the middleman trying to negotiate peace and said fuck it im going independent. orion will srill be up and running. these are the logs of the group chat that i'll be posting so no misconceptions are heard. all of the reasons as to why they left are in the chat.

it pertains to orion rp because it literally is about orion rp. cano just wants to go independent because communities bring drama shit like this, orion is supposed to be a weekly thing where people can have fun, i don't understand why you're so fucking pissed off about a weekly server that won't even help your community 'gain player's. seriously dude, if cano wants to leave, let her leave, but don't go around being mr. businessman threatening to ddos omega and cano because they want to leave. it's a fucking game dude, hell cano even made an ultimatum in hopes that you'd accept and you still had to treat this like its a business. seriously dude.
