Welcome to the "Overflux HL2RP community", we have just opened up recently and are looking for good,hearty people to play in this fun community! We currently have a nice staff team, good players that love immersion but relatively little players, That's where you come in!
We opened up about 2 weeks ago, already gained 12 players and are currently fiddling with plugins and addons so you could have a more fun time playing.

Our Civil Protection team is called Union Civil Authority, or UCA in short.
Our ranks start from RCT (Recruit) to SeC (Sectorial Commander).
We do IC and OOC app for the U.C.A.
We have ministers in place for that, and also a CA.
U.C.A ENFORCEMENT OFFICER RANKING SYSTEM

RECRUIT [RCT] (PRE-ENFORCEMENT OFFICER)

Unit must undertake training before deployment

POST-RECRUITMENT ENFORCEMENT OFFICER [i10] [i9] [i8]

Unit has undertaken training, passed and is now
ready for deployment into Sector 17.
This rank may only use the stun baton

EXPERIENCED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER [i7] [i6]

This rank is given those who have been in the U.C.A
for a long enough period to warrant a promotion.
This rank may now use the 9mm USP.

HONORED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER [i5] [i4]

The rank is given to those who have performed an
honorary action and deserve to be awarded the rank of 03.
This rank may now use the MP7/SMG.

DISTINGUISHED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER [i3] [i2]

This rank is given to those who have performed above
the majority of the Enforcement Officers in the U.C.A,
and have performed many recognised tasks.

PRESTIGIOUS ENFORCEMENT OFFICER [i1]

This rank is only given those recognised by the Divisional
Commander as an essential member of the U.C.A - one that
the force simply cannot operate to the same standard without, and holds the position of the highest ranking ordinary Enforcement Officer.
This rank may now use the tactical grenades


SQUADRON LEADER [SQL]
This rank is the second in charge of a division. Units holding this
title may command units that are in his division, but may not
make any drastic changes to how the division is operated, like
promoting or demoting units.

DIVISIONAL COMMANDER [DVL]

This rank is in charge of one division. He can command
units that are in his division more than he can command
units that are in other divisions, and he is in charge
of promotion and demoting units in his own division.
This rank may use any assault rifle from the armoury.

SECTORIAL COMMANDER [SEC]

This rank is in charge of the entire Union Civil
Authority unit of City 17. He co-ordinates everything and everyone
who have an involvement in the Enforcement Officer
branch of the U.C.A (not the O.T.A branch)

Currently we do not have the O.T.A branch but we are working on it so we could get it as fast as possible.
We use a modified version of City 17 that has Hardpoints, it's somewhat medium size but with the current player count it suffices.
The community also takes suggestions easily because it only recently opened and we need what makes the players happy!
