    The National Government has practically fallen. There is no more FEMA or National Guard remaining. As far as the United Nation goes, I am open to the idea of introducing them into the story-line, as a possible council that would be conjoined with the Supreme Federal Union.

    As for P4, We use Phase: Four as the game-mode schema, as it personally looks a lot cleaner, and nicer than CW:HL2RP. There will not be '12 year olds' firing bullets at others, nor breaking the elements of RP that we wish to have within the server. Hopefully, People can understand this, as we have gotten the license renamed to CW:Governmental Collapse, removed all weapons, body armor, etc. from the 'crafting', or more like business menu, as-well as have removed all augments.
