    If you mean the time then YES !, it never updates to local system time. Probably because it's a 3rd party app. But if you mean anything else elaborate please.

Aside that tis a phone from 2012 that holds it's keep in 2014 but I bought mine brand new from ASDA which is basically British Wallmart.
