Pigeon whitelist No troll!

I would like a pigeon whitelist plugin but can't find one. Can someone make it for me?

 

I have a copy of this plugin with bird factions that actually fly (sorta), it was made by Teh Flamin' Taco but I'm pretty sure it was part of an old paid plugin collection he made. I'm not sure if he still sells it, or if it's since been released to the public, so I will add him & talk to him and if he's cool with it, I'll send the plugin your way.

Hey, I talked to Teh' Flamin Taco him and he was cool about it, gave me perms to send you my copies of the plugin.
For starters you'll need the Taco Plugin Pack Base Plugin (required for most of his plugins to work). This can be found here:

Well there you are, I hope this bird whitelist brings your server once step closer to achieving god-status. Curious as to whether these plugins still work, I used them in 2014. Give them a go.
