Even if this became a server I wouldn't allow apps for infection. If a Crossed gets it's hands on you then that's it, either PK or infection

 

PK, hopefully. I'd make apps that allow your character to get infected, just so newbies don't get turned into Crossed.

who the fuck wants to play as the infected anyway? Unless you like rape and all kinds of stuff then you're ok

 

Then anyone who was infected would just FailRP and commit suicide or some dumb shit.

I'd gladly play as a Crossed, but I'd focus on the killing instead of the Rape. As stated in the Comic "Survival of the fittest. The dumb ones are dying out. They're not evolving. They're not getting smarter."

You don't have to play as a dumb fuck Crossed. Several Crossed throughout the Series have shown more emotion, hell, an entire army of Crossed were completely passive even though they were Super versions of regular Crossed. Well, passive to one guy.

And the main purpose is Roleplay. You don't need the rape or the murder. You just need the idea of it. The fear. You can evoke fear from people OOCly by a damn game simply by saying to them "Not only will your character die, but your character will be hung upside down with a workshop saw placed on their crotch while a buncha maniacs play See-Saw." It's the threat of it happening at any time that creates the unique Roleplay, not when it actually happens.

Seriously, guys. Grow some balls, it's just a Comic.

Maybe I enjoy being sadistic, and maybe I enjoy the idea of being oppressed simply by the idea that venturing out into the world and finding new things carries the risk of getting gangraped in an alley whilst being eaten. It's a good fear to have.

Crossed Roleplay is one of those things that requires you to lose a gag reflex.

I don't think it's a matter of people claiming "ew man that's fucking gross!!!". Instead, most people will probably be turned off by Crossed RP due to the fact that rape/erp is COMMON and it (could) attract those people you see hop from server to server just so they can mutilate and fuck anyone who crosses them

That's why no one's becoming Crossed without getting checked first. I ain't letting psychos be Crossed. Also, I wouldn't expect it to get public appeal. It's a niche Roleplay.

Well I mean, the whole purpose of Crossed is everyone including some animals can turn...and they all turn pyschotic, but I guess an app would be necessary

 

The only animal that got infected with the Crossed virus was monkeys, if I remember. And that's only because they're human's ancestors.

Animals are generally immune.
