    Some crazy yoga bot thing e-mails me things like astral projection guides, meditation and all that, and I have never associated myself with these things before.
    "The leg must be perfectly alligned with the anus" and "Put your head between your legs and let out a deep breath" were literally taken from two of these emails. why
