    is it even worth attempting to buy clockwork and a server for hl2rp anymore? I haven't played steam much within the past two years let alone on gmod. I am considering it but I wanna see what y'all think

    There are dozens of people out there with bought schema's, and people are still buying them, that should be an indication on it's own that they are worth it.
    Personally, the schema's last forever, so if you buy it now you can still use them in three years. They might be overpriced but the money should easily be earned back, same for hl2rp servers. 32 slots go for what, 15$ now?
    the thing with clockwork aswell is that the community behind it, is pretty extensive/large so there's always support, plugins and some skill/brains behind every corner.

    i gotcha about that but there is such huge realm of hl2rp servers and within the last year i noticed people stay on nebulous. Other smaller servers just get mines.

    Update: I bough CW a while back and had a server. Now I'm thinking about restarting it again lmao
