Rank Changes

Hey guys, after talking about it for a few days we'd like to propose a new change to the ranking system here on the forums - just like I said I would, titles such as Legendary and Crusader will make a return. However, the old Legendary will be changed to "Templar", since Legend rank is now given exclusively to those who have earned it, and since it fits with Crusader.

Back in the day, a lot of people complained about how easy it was to shitpost your way to Crusader, and it's still a concern now, so instead of having post count dictate rank, we're going to measure positive ratings. For now, 400 positive ratings will get you Templar, 600 will get you to Crusader. With these ranks comes access to their respective private sectors, and the satisfaction that everyone thinks you're a swell guy. We will also be adding a "Veteran" rank (name is subject to change), which will be handed out to old timers who have served as either moderator, manager, or have been here since the old FSM days.

As well as this update to the ranks, more ratings will be added to the forum, since the ones we have now are fairly limited. And, because it's nice.

Let it be known here and now, that elitist behaviors will not be tolerated. These are just titles, after all, and don't mean you can act better than anybody else.

We've had quite a surge of activity recently, which is exactly what I set out to achieve when I took on the manager role. If you guys have any more suggestions on how I continue to make these forums and ultimately the community a better place, don't hesitate to give me a shout on the forums or PM me directly on Discord.

Also as a side note, congratulations to @vexus who I've promoted to Head Admin, he'll be taking all inquiries about staff from here on out. If you have any complaints about certain staff members or think you have what it takes to apply past this current time where we are still actively looking for moderators, direct it to him.
