There's like, one point where she writes about sucking dicks. You'll be fine.
It's about a girl who does drugs. I sort of got lost in the middle of the book, but it's a fine read.

I started American Psycho recently. Patrick Bateman has an impressive attitude for skincare (in my opinion).

  11. TimTimTommy

    TimTimTommy birds are my fetish

Brave New World is pretty good, close to the same length as 1984 with the same kind of dystopian future principal, it isn't Orwellian but still good.

If you want another dystopian experience but prefer a long ass book
"Atlas Shrugged" is the way to go.

  12. 50 Shades of Gray(Grey?)

  13. I've flipped through a few of the first pages in Red Dragon, I hear it's a nice children s book!

  16. YES! I loved to read those for my assignments all the way from 3rd to 6th grade!

My favorite analogy of his old mate Charlie and the horse he kept around on the farm was the deepest thing I could even comprehend by the 4th grade

  17. I've read them a lot, though I forget most of it. The only thing I remember is the one about him growing up, joining the army and that's about it.

I remember parts of Bravo Two Zero.

  18. I've only read the blue coloured one (with an AK on the front) and the red coloured text one.

The others I haven't even touched.

  19. I have Immediate Action and Bravo Two Zero, that's it.

Immediate Action is the one about his life (I think).

"Immediate Action is a no-holds-barred account of an extraordinary life, from the day McNab was found in a carrier bag on the steps of Guy's Hospital to the day he went to fight in the Gulf War.

As a delinquent youth is kicked against society. As a young soldier he waged war against the IRA in the streets and fields of South Armagh. As a member of the 22 SAS Regiment he was at the centre of covert operations for 9 years - on five continents."

Recounting with grim humour and in riveting, often horrifying, detail his activities in the world's most highly trained and efficient Special Forces unit, McNab sweeps us into a world of surveillance and intelligence-gathering, counter-terrorism and hostage rescue. there are casualties: the best men are so often the first to be killed, because they are in front."

By turns chilling, astonishing, violent, funny and moving, this blistering first-hand account of life at the forward edge of battle confirms Andy McNab's standing in the front rank of writers in modern war."

-Taken from the back of the book.

  20. Zoo

    Zoo title

    Finished Brave New World.

I feel bad for John, tries to be really good and go to better place mom talks about, better place is shit, he runs away, he dies.

Also, note to anyone planning on reading this, the first chapter or so is formatted oddly, but don't lose hope, since the rest is just fine.
