Red Flag Gaming Rebirth!

Introduction
An HL2RP server with a unique canon/lore and a difference in MPF rank structures, including changes made to the the function of CWU and CA. The server allows for players to create rebel factions on the forums with applications, and also has a very open range of different whitelists, classes and RP experiences open to players.
Rank of Overseer
The Overseer rank was implemented to carefully monitor and manage the Metropolice, Overwatch and affairs of all global sectors [which were divided by region]. There is an Overseer, as a result, for each sector of the earth. Each sector having a designated purpose in the Union. Trade, labour, etc. Within RFG's gameplay, players will rarely see the Overseer of Europe on the server, who is in charge of the Universal Union's labour participation and all manufacturing with which to supply the other sectors, Europe included.
REAPER Division
A division of elite units kept under close quarters by the Overseer, a project he hasn't old even his right hand man. REAPER is a division dedicated to the management of District Two and intel of the rebels [an enhanced, more original version of DAGGER]. The Division will consist of six units who are of a certain rank or higher.
SAVAGE
A unique division of the Overwatch dedicated to absolute savagery and brutal war tactics in executing, punishing and staunching rebels and the level of higher-level, more-intricate and more violent crime in the city. This division specializes in the use of brute force and such other, and has been trained specifically as an emergency force within the Overwatch itself. SAVAGE also tends to guard the Overseer.
Civil House of Representatives
A group of elected officials assigned to manage different aspects of the city. One Civil House term lasts four months, officials can be given re-election up to two times. This system replaces the Civil Administration, and is given a bit more power, but is mainly used to create the illusion that the citizens still have power/influence in government.
Metropolice Force Disciplinary Code
The Metropolice Force runs on a zero tolerance policy in RFGR. Which is quite strictly enforced by the units who created and finalized it, namely the Commander and Overseer. It is not advised units mess with either, for their punishments can be quite ruthless.

The purpose of such a policy is to ensure units do not act out of line and ruin the RP experience for new players, and to make sure the Union is being held to a realistic standard of law.
The actual policy can be found in the following link:

Citizens
Citizens serve as the most crucial aspect of the RP. Without citizens, there is no server, and there is no point in playing. The citizens have a variety of mainly passive role-play options; whether they want to be a true loyalist and mooch for jobs and tokens, become a rebel through dedication to preserving pre-war conditions and overturning the combine, or just kind of remain neutral on the issue. Citizens are free to do as they please, and several variations of changes unique to the server will keep them involved; CoHR elections, jobs, etc. but they are within this particular city, the main source of labour and exports. Citizens may also get a license with approval to own a business, play an instrument or something of the sort.

Rebel factions can and will be customized by citizens. But they require direct organization by citizens and an application on the forms [for the sake of record and organization, and any and all purposes link OOCly to the regulation of these factions]. However, citizens may be independent rebels or bandits without needing to apply on the forums; this creates a unique sense of diversity - you may customize posters and post them around on the forums, propagating ICly for citizens to join up in arms, or simply roam around as a lone wolf. Civil Worker's Union
The Civil Worker's Union on this particular server will have three major branches:
-The Civil Security Force
-The Civil Worker's Union (CMU, Sales, etc.)
-The Civil Engineering Union
The Civil Security Force will be a component of the CWU with which to secure the property of the CWU and to thus preserve the manpower of the MPF. These guards will get a small melee weapon and a flashlight, as well as a uniform of the old MPF beta models [which on the server are outdated and unused, and have been since the Sector was divided].
The Civil Worker's Union will control properties such as stores, and encompasses sales and medical denominations. It is the backbone of the working class within the city, and will have two heads; the Civil Worker's Union Head, and the Civil Medical Union Head.
The Civil Engineering Union is still a work in progress, and will essentially be a civil function of GRID for lower-scale, easier-to-fix projects. They are basically tech support/basic civil engineers.
Donations
Donations also happen in the community through the forums, and the page for it can be found below:
http://redflaggaming.fragcube.com/community/index.php?account/upgrades
Donors will not receive over-powering/play-to-win style benefits to an extreme where they have unfair advantages over other players, but in order to keep the server running certain benefits will be given out to ensure the server remains alive.
Closing Statements
In closing, any further questions may be directed to me in the comment section. I hope you check out our server, and thank you for looking through this post!
