HL2RP Redemption's Edge Combine Military Role Play

I can give the full story of Prussia's demotion: The short version; He was making too many jokes at my expense, disrespecting his fellow staff members, giving others shit for the smallest things, dictating the decisions of the server like Whether or not to have wildlife. What weapons pack to use. etc. And, he was acting as if he was paying the monthly fee.

The long version: I gave him admin to help me get everything running and work as a sorta moderator while I'm not around. He decided to use this as an excuse to be a backseat-owner. He was telling me we couldn't do things because "It's SO CRINGEY" and gave no reasoning other than that. He was causing issues between himself and another staff member by the name of "SSgt. Spitfire" and I was getting constant complaints about the other from each one. I was not left a single day to run the server in peace, as he would keep messaging me new things to add, most of which were broken. He gave no one but his friends a chance to build on the server, if I, the owner, were to start building something, he would come over and delete it without a second thought. Saying "It looked like shit" before it was anywhere near done. He was giving me and other staff constant put downs, while exempting people from the rules because "They're a good RPer". He was implying my not being active was on purpose, even though I explained /many/ times my internet keeps shutting itself off. Basically, he was being a dictator and a complete scumbag while taking his position for granted. He even deleted some props that another staff member placed, which we put under griefing as they were not his.

 

Well yeah. That is a nice other side to it. I agree with a lot of that but sometimes I had reasons for it. Yet I was directly talking about the innate second in which you on impulsive reasoning demoted me, not what you could conjure within the next day to use as evidence against me. I at least thank you for giving some points on an official version so I don't look completely biased. I do not wish to occur anymore drama by specifying anything more on this. If anyone wants to discuss this later. I have some people you could ask questions whom seem fairly unbiased for the most part. Yet I don't think any of you want to so... Have a Nice Day.

 

Sounds like the community had (unless it's still up?) but the staff had some issues with cooperation from what it seems to me. Ah well that's a shame.

Welp.

 

Now, I see that as an issue. That was not my decision...or any remaining staff's decision. That was the choice of a former staff member by the name of Marusan. He was giving all his friends flags and whitelists without consulting me, or following our set rules. That, hopefully, doesn't affect the current outlook on the community. And the airboat was not an IC item to my knowledge.
