Renaming Your Schema (New Addon)

I didn't read anything I just went straight to posting.

 

You didn't really need to make me read it, I believed you and all.

 

Honestly, Conna. You meant well by this but it just isn't worth the price. At all.

 

I wanted other people to read it again.

 

This is just all around not worth it in my opinion, Or if it does gain alot of traction, Wont work.
Sorry but that's just my opinion on it.

 

Here. I'll put it into perspective.

I buy Garry's Mod for $10, or $5 for a sale, ect. Then I go and find this amazing framework called Clockwork. Oh, cool. I wanna make a ser-- I have to buy a key for $30 more dollars? Ah, I guess it's worth it. Kinda.

I then buy Clockwork and then find out that I also have to buy a few plugins, and then I can go and spend another $30 to change my servers name on the server list?

That's like 90+ dollars. I could buy 10 fucking Thai whores for five hours of my time for less than that.

 

Wait so does this mean say for example I was working on CW:Metro last light, I could purchase this and have that as the name authed and ready to use ?.

What's going to happen, someone will purchase this for something really stupid, and then we will see copy/paste schema's all over Garry's mod, meaning somebody will probably buy it to make it something like CWCommunity name) Fallout NVG, and that means it's gonna get messy.

 

kurozael, I know this was made so little people could purchase this and change their schema name, but, you make stuff wayy overpriced dude. I love the schemas and all that stuff, but man, too expensive.

 

People could do this without buying it lol

 

>Go to gamemode folder
>Rename folder to what you want
>Edit some really basic lua things
>Start server with that

Congratulations, you've done what kurozael is trying to make you pay $30 for with little to no differences.

 

Only because of CloudAuth, your server won't run because of this.

Will this allow for customization of existing schemas being used to make custom schemas without developer keys?

For example, editing CWHL2RP to be a Metro2033 schema and then renaming it to Metro2033.

 

I miss the days of OpenAura. Where you could literally just change a file and life was great. And then clockwork came out and then everything became about money. This community used to be able the Roleplay community. I feel like it's more about getting a quick buck.

Honestly, we should have the right to change the gamemode name. Honestly if someone wants to edit cw new Vegas and name it Last of Us rp or change phase four to 2077 rp. We shouldn't have to pay 30 dollars. $5 dollars should be the max. Because a ton of us bought the schemas for 50 dollars back on OpenAura and want we paid for. And we can't even do that. But you know, whatever. What do I know?

Really? Because the code seems very similar and just looks renamed.

 

I suggest you man up, and deal with it.

 

There are reasons why I don't use clockwork. You can pretty much figure out why. But since you're so far up kurozaels ass you probably will say it's the best most optimized script that is more optimized than sandbox.
