I'm more likely not to get a rise against pun considering I've only ever heard 3 of their songs.

 

Should definitely listen to Siren Song of the Counterculture, and Endgame as your starter albums. I was never big into the yelling in the music, but for me it was something along the lines of, "acquired taste," if you will.

 

I am able to enjoy every genre of music so long as I deem the songs good and unable to appreciate 'acquired tastes'. I'll give those albums a shot.

 

The meaning behind each song just makes it all the more better.

 

I love Rise Against.
If I chose to believe in a god they would be my god. I would pray to them.

More than I already do anyways.

Eh, whatever. I'll just hope the release is sooner.

 

I pray to them because their music is godly, and I thank them for the life I have been given.

Rise against is love, I say. Rise against, is life.

The new album was released the same day my niece was born, July 15th.

I enjoyed the album myself. I feel it was their 2nd or 3rd best album.

(yes the necro was necessary)

 

Never heard of them, I'll surely give it a listen though!
