    I have one. A sickness plugin. Randomly (like REALLY) rare a player or multiple players can get sick. There can be different types of sicknesses or diseases that are coded in. They would effect you differently, making you automatically do a /me coughs , /me sneezes, throws up, etc. If you do not treat it you will die (PK) there would be different types of medicines that would cure different types of sicknesses. If you do a /me sneezes (it's automatic and random) next to a player they have a higher chance of getting that sickness.

    Just a rough draft of an idea, I have more for you, RJ if you want. I like your plugins and I think you can make this work.
