    The first Chernobyl disaster
On the 26th of April, 1986, at 01:23 A.M., the nuclear power plant of Chernobyl, Ukraine, suffered a fatal accident. An undesired power increase led to explosions equal to the amount of ten tons of TNT in the main cores, which consequently spread lethal doses of radiation and contaminated material around the surrounding area. Fires began to spread on the rooftops as debris covered the outside. Firefighters quickly came, although seemed unaware of what the true hazard was. Within six hours, all fires (excluding Reactor Four) were extinguished. After the initial explosion occurred, citizens of Pripyat weren’t immediately evacuated, resulting in illnesses among some of the civilians. Although, all citizens were eventually pulled out of the danger zone (with the exception of leaving their personal belongings). The Plant and the area surrounding was labeled “The Zone of Alienation”, or simply “The Zone”, and was cordoned off by the Ukrainian government, not allowing anybody to re-enter the area.

    Repopulation and the Second disaster
After the initial Chernobyl disaster, several attempts were made to repopulate the ‘Zone’. Although, the ones trying to do this were mostly scientists and military personnel. Consequently, several top secret laboratories were constructed across the Zone to conduct research in peace, without being bothered by anyone. Eventually, scientific breakthroughs occurred that led to knowledge of the ‘Noosphere’ in which could influence the entirety of humanity. The science team was motivated by their great intentions - cease wars and conflict across the globe. Thus, a project called ‘C-Consciousness’ was formed, consisting of seven volunteers who would then attempt to ‘correct’ the noosphere. The first operation failed due to a power outage, but the team didn’t give up by the second attempt. But, the result turned out quite the opposite - instead of changing the noosphere, a rift was created and changed the biosphere, which broke the laws of physics and mysterious events manifested themselves in the Zone.

The result - Mutants, anomalies, artifacts…
After post-nuclear decay within the Zone continued to develop, extreme radiation caused the wildlife - boars, wolves, plants, and even humans - to become victim of mutations. The only organisms to be unaffected by the radiation are the crows. Although, this did not stop people from sneaking in. As a result of the second Chernobyl disaster, small areas of altered physics - called anomalies - are scattered about the Zone. These anomalies proved to be deadly to anyone who comes near or interacts with it. Some anomalies could be easily seen before falling victim to it. Although, these deadly anomalies did have a good thing about them: artifacts. Artifacts are valuable and unexplained objects that have plenty of variety when it comes to side effects and is the reason why some people sneak into the Zone. For example, you can carry an artifact that could make your flesh thicker, although, you’d have a good dose of radiation that’ll eventually make you sick (in which you could use anti-rad pills to cease the effects, or simply chug a couple of vodka bottles for the glory of the Zone!)

    Stalking and the Ukrainian government
As listed above, several mysterious happenings occurred and things you would not think of existing began to exist. Artifacts proved to be a good source of income and worth a lot of money outside of the Zone, due to their effects such as healing. But, because of the negative effects, the Ukrainian government attempted to stop the trade between items from both the public and the Zone. Likewise, the Ukrainian military guarded the borders of the Zone to prevent people from sneaking in. These trespassers soon became known as ‘Stalkers’, and have formed several ways to get into and out of the Zone undetected - leading to a great increase of newcomers looking for wealth and adventure. The further the Stalkers dug into the Zone, the more mysterious they had uncovered. But, like anomalies, there’s a good and a bad side. In this case, they had discovered mutants unlike the dogs or the boars; blood-curdling rumors spread amongst the Stalker community of nightmarish creatures lurking in the northern parts of the Zone, in which some Ukrainian military bases were established and old top-secret laboratories were evacuated. As the Zone grew bigger in popularity, several factions became known: Duty, Freedom, Ecologists, the Ukrainian Military (UKM), bandits, and loners, which all tied together into the wonderful place we call home hell.

    Loners
Loners are the general Stalkers who venture through the Zone. Some are friendly, some are hostile, some are neutral - it really depends on their personality.

    Ukrainian Military
The UKM despises most of the factions created within the Zone. It is often rumored that the soldiers deployed into the Zone are corrupt and unstable. Unfortunately for the Zone’s inhabitants, several armor, helicopter, and infantry squadrons are at their disposal. Although, they are ordered to limit their use of these resources.

    Ecologists
Ecologists are scientists deployed by the Ukrainian government to continue research on the Zone and its inhabitants. With help from the Ukrainian government, they are funded with protective bunkers in which to shelter. Ecologists usually set up shops in which Stalkers, who roam the Zone frequently, can offer to sell valuable artifacts.

    Freedom
Freedom, like most of the loners, want further knowledge of the Zone to be public and the collection and distribution of artifacts to be allowed and encouraged. Initially meant to be a powerful group of ‘freedom fighters’, most of the members stay low and relax, abusing substances such as alcohol and marijuana. Some, although, stay up and active, expressing their need to adventure out into the deeper Zone.

    Duty
Duty is more of a police-type group that attempted to work with the UKM in stopping the possession of artifacts and to prevent further exploration of the Zone, all for the safety and well-being of the citizens and themselves.

    What about mutants?
Stray dogs, rats, and wild boars are usually NPCs, but can be used by players occasionally.
Anything above those three species are most likely being roleplayed by players.

    Where is the Monolith?
Their presence is largely known. Their powerful leader has been destroyed, the remaining soldiers follow a new leader but now have free-will.

Can I transfer a character from another community?
There are some limitations and restrictions that need to be followed, but yes.
You can apply for a character transfer on the forums listed below.

The majority of the players on our server that were proven to either use some form of ESP or were just simply mingeing around (alt running, literally being in a group they called the "Breeki Boiz") were all in the Steam group, which was made up of at least seven or eight people, if I remember correctly. The administration team made the call to ban the rest of the group as well to prevent further stress from its members.
I'm unaware if there was any forum bans that were non-legitimate, but I'm assuming the super administrator who was dealing with the forum bans was checking the IPs of the accounts and linked them with the ones confirmed to be used by the mingers. Unless that is your screenshot, Martz, assume they were lying.
EDIT: Also appears not to be Martz's post, as I saw on the SCG forum. Again, simply assume they're just lying. Literally look at their forum name at the bottom.
That is what the banwave of the minges from SCG was cleaning up.

It was also confirmed that they were attempting to DDoS both the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. server and the Teamspeak 3 server after their bans, as well as just recently.

Not mine, but that was a super administrator on SCG who wasn't affiliated in the server in any way or form, so.

They have a forum account that was made the same night after the members were banned, which was the one that was banned. As well, its name is literally "black tar heroin". There was probably a shared IP between that account and the ones confirmed to be of the minges.

  15. Am I banned?

  16. Possibly Shockcoregaming is DDOS'ing our server.
If you look on there forums and go down to 'Fast Threads'. You can see the thread titled 'stalkerrp' There's a post saying that a guy is DDOS'ing Sector Four.
