Hey guys. It's Price, former Super Administrator from Sector Four. As you know Sector Four came back up just about two weeks ago. Things were going well. Well, just today. A former cancerous staff member was re-instated. His name is Batman or also known as Teemo. I should warn you. Shavargo is really good friends with Batman. So, basically Batman is untouchable. If Batman wants to RDM someone, he can. He can do whatever he desires. I was demoted, along two other staff members. For changing a rule which was. "You can be transgender." to "You cannot be transgender." I was also demoted for being biased against the staff member that killed Sector Four many months before.

Basically guys. RIP Sector Four. -snip-.

My name is Bserk5, and about two hours ago I was a representative of Sector Four Roleplay, and I'm here to tell you that all of the reasons that you guys are disliking the server are simply unfounded.

Here's a much better reason to dislike the server.

I have been with the Sector Four roleplay since it's roots two years ago in half life two roleplay. Recently, the owner (Shavargo) has decided to demote his entire staff team, and promote his best friend (Batman) that the entire server neigh unanimously dislikes as a staff member, citing numerous instances of sheer incompetence. Upon demoting me and another Senior member of the staff team, in which both of us have been here for the entire life of the server, the owner (Shavargo) told us that we are replaceable. What a nice person!

The reasons for our demotions?

"Bserk, for willingly exploiting a flawed rule and not informing the staff team on the issue, which goes completely against everything that the staff team stands for, you will be removed from the staff team."

*****, for willingly overlooking a clear violation of the rules committed by a staff member, punishing players who have done so, and pressuring for the clearly biased promotion of Bserk, as well as changing a rule that shavargo has set without his consent, you have been removed from the staff team till you can prove at a later time that you can handle the responsibilities of such a position.

Now, please consider the following.

- I had never exploited the rule, but I recognized I was certainly in a POSITION to exploit the rule, if I wanted to. Two days later at the next staff meeting, the issue was brought up, I agreed wholeheartedly, and we amended the rules. Not enough for Batman.
- Nobody on the server or the staff team wants batman as staff. Nobody. Batman used his person sway with Shavargo, the owner, to get us demoted. Notice the very vague reasons for the other two member's demotions? Simply collateral.
- The issue the second person got demoted for? Changing a rule without consent? The entire staff team agreed upon that rule. Shavargo got angry because he thinks he is better than the entire staff team.

Overall, I feel this is very disrespectful, because I have spent over a thousand hours with this community. Be warned that if you start to feel any care for this community, you don't matter and are replaceable.

 

Bserk and I both have been with Shavargo's community since 2014. It just shows how shitty someone can be.

This is Teeky, current owner of SectorFourGaming. As you have probably heard, the community went through a lot of changes, and harsh criticism throughout certain periods of its life... however- I ask that you disregard those topics, until retrying it. Shavargo has handed it down to me, allowing me to shape it, and change the problems I saw. I've had many years of experience with communities, and have seen their downfalls numerous times, which I believe allows me to make better decisions when it comes to running my own.

While I know my word is what many owners say, as it is just a line of words... I can assure you I have, and will continue to fix the problems that are brought to my attention, and do my best to make every player that I can happy, within reason of course. Sector Four has had a rough past, and I do not blame the words that are paired with its former reputation. Though, with me being as active as I am, and due to the sheer amount of free time I have, I pour all that I can into my server, and will continue to pave the future

Many things have changed, and will continue to change, whether it be a new schema, rule changes, custom maps- and whatever else I can do to make this the best I can. All I ask is that you simply give it a chance, and should you have any questions, discrepancies or issues... you may find me in the TS3 or on my steam profile.

Though it might have been impossible for S4 to recover from its numerous problems, Teeky has made a dent.
But do not fray, there are still multiple problems remaining and it will be quite the challenge to fix all of them before I'd deem it joinable for a newcomer of the sorts.
