Server is hacked?

    Hello dear ! In the near time , my server hacked HL2RP . The problem was that the attacker was a former owner, and when the server remotely sends commands that prevent the server .
    Please help , how to remove it ?

    To be honest, just for being on the safe side myself i'd probably re-install the server from scratch and change the passwords etc..
