Severed World - Kickstarter is Live

So one of my decent friends, Writing A New One or Chance has been working on a game to replace the old Fantasy Online and things blah blah blah, So since I got some early Images I figured I'd share them and see how that goes, free publicity and hype.

In a sense it is more so like Fantasy Online with RPG Elements of the sort, It'll of course be MMORPG with some unique features Chance had decided to put in and such, feedback would be beautiful.

I'm ashamed to admit it I often buy games based on the game using a pixel art style. Anyways, this looks really cool, though an MMORPG seems a bit intimidating to me.

Eh, May be slightly intimidating but he is trying to sort of, capture the old essense of what used to be Fantasy Online, a lot of fun it was and it was MMORPG.

As a message to everyone making these sorts of games, please, for the love of all that is good and fulfilling about gaming, give the game an identity and create the game around what experience it's trying to evoke, and please, refrain from making generic genre-stapled game #175729.

This is a bit harsh, but I really would like to see more unique/interesting games that offer a fulfilling/compelling experience.

This isn't really a game that any studio is making though. I've rarely seen unoriginal games come from minor teams that do it for fun in their free time.
