We keep avoiding much PlazaRP to give you the opportunity to play with eachtogether.
Skob was one of the most known Czech server,but don't worry. It's English server with hosting able to give you, most amazing Ping.

About Community:
It was Czech community before,now it's English one.
We don't accept Sexism/Racism.
We are all the same.
Skin,Nationality,Favors or ANYTHING ELSE. Dosen't change anything.
It's not sure but the other gamemodes servers may be out aswell...

About Server:
We keep the Canon simple and tidy.
It's before the Citadel explosion.
We always do SeriousRP,PainRP and FearRP.
You CAN'T avoid any of them.
If you won't follow them it may result, with not happy ending.

Factions/Groups:

U.U:
Universal Union is the biggest group in the Canon.
Their Technology doubts any fight-loose.
The Universal Union is created from main Five Groups:
High Command:
Sectorial Commander:Leader of the Sector/City, His Authority is respected by every Unit. His decision is always last.He is known from his won fights and strenght. He is able to equip any sort of weapon and his armour can hold even AR2 shots.

Commander:CmD is able to command any rank below his own,He is Second in Charge of Metro Police Force and he is one of the High Command. His equipment is basically created from Shotgun/Machine Pistolete 7, 357. or 9MM. (And Ofcourse stunstick...)

Metro Police Force:
Divisional LeadervL is the in command of any Division. Divisions are created for quick set of Unit's work like-Breaching or Detainment. He is feared by any unit DvL- and is known from his authority.
(To get informations about the Divisions you need to ask Jaeson or ask on Forum.)

Elite Protection Unit:EpU is the simple DvL "CO". If DvL is unable to work (Dead etc.) EpU takes his lead and orders the DvL that the previous DvL had in hand. They are one of the best MPF units in the Cities. Their Uniform is in colours of Red basically.

Officer:OfC is choosen as the one of the best Oh-Five,they are finally allowed to equip Shotgun or Machine Pistolete Seven. They have some basic authorization but they are not respected as much, unless OfC-...

01-05: They are basic Footsoldiers that patrol/detain etc. (Depends on the Division) They have no any authorizations unless under their rank (01-/02-/03-/04-)
In difference of one rank it dosen't change much but if Oh-One would meet Oh-Five, Oh-Five would have to respect Oh-One, the most he can. Their Divisions are choosen by Commander or Divisional Leader (Depends on situation). Sometimes their Training can be on Field as the Judgement Waiver or Autonomous Waiver.

Recruits: They are just simple citizens in uniform. They have no fight-expierence unless before joining the MPF. (in backstory) They have none authorizations and are just puppets of the Combine.
Their trainings are hell and they are simply target of jokes from higher ranks. Their equipment has only Stunstick and none Kevlar or an very minimum of it.

City Administration:
City Administration looks like simple: City Administrator (CA), City Administrator Assistant (CAA). Some servers add also the Universial Union Administrator that is provided with commands from the Advisers (HL2). They are simple puppets of Combine and they are called leaders only to add morals to the Citizens and add some propaganda.
One of them is popular Doctor Breen, he is puppet aswell as we know that he had to negotiate with Combine for Earth.

CWU:
They are just puppets AGAIN for the Combine. They accept all of their "objectives and visions" and follow them. They work everytime and serve for Units and Administration. Their life is most in the Workstation manufacturing anything for the Units to have more comfort or satisfaction. Some of them have just burned brain with these propaganda or those rations that just delete your memory.

Loyalists:That's the one of the group that follows EVERYTHING that Combine says. Their life looks a lot of more comforted then the simple Citizen's on the street. They are sometimes even able to smoke cigarettes. They get better rations at RDT and are very sligthly better treated by units. They believe that Combine will bring them better future...

Resistance:
The Resistance still dosen't have a offical group because of the IC reasons.
But soon the Resistance will estabilish themself and start fight with Units.

Citizens:
They are treated as nothing by MPF and some of them are just Anti-Citizens that run away of the City to the Slums and try to find Rebels/Resistance...
They are forced to obey Combine and their life looks like shit....
They are also known from changing into the stalkers (Main Objective of the Combine)...

Canon:
Canon is Six Years before the Freeman's "Re-working" for G-Man...
We live in City Seventeen the City with the biggest Citadel and is most protected.
Everything is keeped by U.U clear and tidy... But some things start to happen...
Some people wake up in alleys with tattooed MP signs... No-One knows what it means and some people are in tragedy... Sometimes people can see following female in normal Citizen Cloths. Later they open their home-doors and they see an note about meeting....
Basically U.U has still City estabilished but the Resistance slowly starts to act.
The way to join Units is to become CWU.

We have simple basic Addons that will help you play on our server without seeing annoying and irritating Red-Flashing "ERROR" sign..

Oh boy...
The formatting is god awful, the amount of basic grammar and spelling skills is lacking, and you provide almost nothing about the server itself, fuck, not even a damn IP is provided.

BBC is a bit off, and also it's really short. You could add a bit more info like if you follow strict lore, if it's beta, loose lore, all you've stated is that it's before the Uprising.

Also, English is really bad, but I can understand it because from what I've gathered

I'm guessing your Czech.

There's also barebones about the server itself, not even an IP or content pack.

Not trying to be mean, But the format and just, Thread itself needs -Alot- Of work.
Look at other formats before you actually try posting yours and go off some of those.
