    I like it but I do have some critiques:
    A Council of the Metropolice? Sure it is better then a Sectorial but it just doesn't make sense to have a council...
    I actually tried to research it and the only thing I found was a 'Union' like organization protecting the rights of police officers from abuses such as wage theft. A coincidence it happens to be in my home state.
