You need to show dedication and responsibility and actually taking in valid constructive criticism from your fellow members of the clockwork community, not ignore everyone and go your own way.

 

Let him do what he wants to do. It helps me not join his server. Makes it easier for all of us. =)

 

Frankily. I can be quite constructive, however the people of C16 just rant. They complain about every little thing that doesn't even matter, and then says oh your server won't do good if you don't have this! My ass. None of you have a sucessful server, so don't tell others how to run theres. ATM we are busy and dont want a bunch of children bothering us over little things. "don't go your own way!" wtf are you talking about, its our server we can do what we want. I expected the people of C16 to be considerate and give constructive critism but all I saw was Datzy and his buddies secertly trash talking my server and posting biased shit. Look at the checks of dubs post, all from Datzy and Monkah. All you guys want to do is put down other people's servers so yours looks better. Well have a nice day, won't get you far as much as I know your own server isn't doing good anyway.

This is probably the worst thing any server owner can do is just rant about people talking bad about the server. Don't complain, just don't pay attention to it. You're giving yourself a bad name.

 

A bad name on C16? Don't really care about the people on C16, they barely even play on their own servers, all they do is rant on the forums the like internet police, they think they know everything but really they don't. I haven't seen one statement that was supported with evidence and how to make it better. Saying your thread sucks, isn't helping me, I need to know what to fix and how. If only people knew what being constructive meant.

 

Nobody can really say anything without being broad. Your thread looks bad, that's an honest opinion. Instead of complaining about it, try to fix it. Look at other threads for example.

 

You know, I've made one post, telling you how you can edit your thread. In an almost identical fashion, you've been bashing anyone who tries to offer improvements to your thread or server.

Dub, Alexarche, and I don't even own active servers. As of right now, we're actually just players of the gamemode.

Datzy's Omega-Nine is highly regarded around here to be one of the best HL2RP's once it rereleases to the public. Most of us here have been playing HL2RP for years and are veterans of what works and what doesn't.

I just checked your server's stats-- you've been empty for the past twenty four hours. You're not busy, you're just trying to shut people up-- which is generally insulting to me as a player and as someone who's attempted to be helpful towards your future as a server owner.

You really need to decide whether you want people to try and help this server or not. Asking for constructive criticism, then telling people to shut up is not only rude, but strangely contradictive.

 

Please learn how to read. Busy ATM, is BUSY IRL. NOT INGAME. GMOD is not my life kid. You are misconscrewing everything I am saying, and using it to your own advantage, kind of low. I love how biased you are to Datzy, being that you are working with him lol. You do know everyone hates you guys and only your little group of fags will join.

I'm going to start off my post with a: RJ or Duck, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SNIP ANY OF OUR POSTS. I know this all looks like a massive flame-war, but it's not. This Joe guy needs to be put in his place, so that's what we're gonna do.

Now, onto what I was going to say.

Joe. You're, like Alex said, digging yourself a hole.

The average come-back that you're using (that most CoD-kiddies use) is calling other people who are in the right 'kids'. This is what you are doing. I'd tell you to not do that, as it only makes you look more childish.

'Us' here at C16 know what we're saying. (Most of us, atleast.) And when we tell you something is wrong, or something could be fixed (which we are all being nice about, mind you) then you god-damned better take it as granted, and thank us. Like Monkah said, must of us are all seasoned roleplayers. I'm not saying you aren't, but your attitude and grammar skills tell me otherwise.

We are free to criticize your post or what you do on your server as we please. As long as it's not bashing, then it's free to be posted upon. Your attitude is absolutely horrid.

Feel free to fix how you speak to me and others around here, or no one will ever take you seriously.

Refusing constructive criticism is probably one of the worst thing someone can do. Joe, I'd suggest that you step back for a moment to put things into perspective. If people are saying you are doing something wrong (not just one person), then something is probably wrong. There is no need to be angry at what people have to say, just accept what they have said and make the effort to try and fix what people think is broken. If you are busy with things outside of gaming, don't bother replying, just get what you need done, done. If you don't want feedback/criticism, then C16 is not the place to be posting about your community.
