Chapter 1 - The Current World​

Alexi lives in what used to be known as Philadelphia. Since the explosion it's known as Area 6773. Know one knows much about the new rulers of this world, most people would think of them as cruel, however, the rules are simple, one child, one ration a person, no unneeded contact with others, constant monitoring, no resistance. Alexi is a second child forced into hiding, his father is forced into working at an oil plant by the masked men, the men who enforce the law. The masked men all wear masks that imitate what seems to be a mannequin's face. The shape and material the mask is made out of determines their rank, square means new soldier, circle means a regular soldier, bronze means an officer, and gold means a soldier of very high rank. Their armor looks as if it's plated, like a knight's, only it's pitch black and made of kevlar. They all carry high powered weapons. The explosion previously mentioned was strange and noone knows how it happened, but it created mutants who had supernatural abilities. This is the story of Alexi, a skinny sixteen year old boy with long brown hair who's mother wasn't seen sense the explosion.

 

It isn't close to compelling to read, and all the characters are almost completely emotionless, nuff said.

 

It's one of those things where it sounds good in your head but when you read it it sounds like horse shit, editing it to the first to chapters to redo this.

 

Don't make the mistake I did and post a book on Cloud Sixteen. Seriously, put it on Wattpad or something.

Also, sort the content out.

 

I thought it was pretty good, but could use a few touch ups.
