Introduction
Hello! I am Soviet Jesus, many of you know me, many of you don't. Let me introduce myself for those who do not know me. I have been around the Clockwork scene for the past few years, opening several communities, and learning from my experiences in those communities, with the time and effort I have put in those communities, and my the knowledge of the Clockwork framework that I have been given by managing such servers. I ran the communities "Cataclysm Roleplay" "Atomic Crowbar Roleplay" and "The Forge HL2RP" all which are now long gone. I have been given the opportunity to have my own server once again, and I have joined TVB [The Votra Brotherhood] as a server manager, I got to pick my own schema idea, and code it myself as such, I was SuperVisor on these forums for sometime last year as well. Enough about me, let's get to this schema.
Chechnya, 1995
Chechnya, a war torn country ripped in half by the former Soviet Union, now known as the Russian Federation, and the Chechen Forces, a ragtag group of rebellion fighters, Mujahideen operatives, and Chechen Military, all fighting for one thing. Independence. The Russian Federations main goal is to bring the country of Chechnya back under their power, being a former part of the Soviet Union.
Russian Forces
You have the choice of fighting for the Russian 104th Guards Infantry, where you can enlist as an artillery specialist, explosives expert, intel officer, basic infantryman, sniper, and many other positions all obtained ICly or through OOC applications. The other divisions available are the GRU - Main Intelligence Directorate, the Russian Spetsnaz, also a part of GRU. The 8th Armoured Division, and the VVS Aviation Branch, with its divisions and areas of expertise. The Russian Forces require no whitelist to enlist, and you will start off at the rank of Pvt. if you feel you lack the skill to properly perform in combat roleplay or basic military conduct, you may request training.

Chechen Forces
As a Chechen fighter, you are not as military oriented as the Russian Forces, you coordinate attacks and IEDs with the Mujahideen fighters, and patrols are loosely organized. You have low forces, stolen tanks, and outdated weaponry, your equipment is half broken, and supplies are constantly limited. Leading you to have to steal from the civilian population and intercept Russian transport. There are no regiments, no divisions, just a bunch of slavs wanting to defend their home country from the invading Russian "menace". You are not simply "rebels who shoot at everything and blow stuff up" you are unskilled fighters who use guerrilla tactics in a vain attempt to drive the Russians back. The mujahideen is at your back, but even they aren't the most skilled. If you feel like you are unsure of what roleplay to do, or how you should act, consult someone for a quick guide and even roleplay training. Admins are there to help.
Administration
The hold on any administration is strict. Admins do not spawn weapons in that are not available to players through the armories, and the only high ranking characters are the ones for roleplay, not every soldier an admin creates is going to be a squad leader or a regiment commander. Administration, and even players must both submit an OOC application to fulfill a position you might be interested in. Such as leader of GRU, or Spetsnaz team coordinator. Administration all communicate to make events and roleplay happen for the playerbase, admins are not issued right as the server is started, you must play for a certain time before a spot in administration is applicable, and you must show that you can give RP to the players, and you can RP yourself. Not just "/me shoots him in the head making him fall down". Detail and emphasis are put into every event, we will not give you a bland event, and we will not give you a broken mission, a rushed mission, or anything that seems like it is thrown together by a bunch of Gulags. Administration are here to provide an example to the main playerbase, that is our only concern. OOC is monitored.

And if you are wondering "What is the Chechnya War anyways?"
Here is the wikipedia we will be using to go for any info we miss. We are trying to be as historically accurate as possible, with the correct divisions and commanders as well.
