It's normal that it takes so long to respond to a ticket in the store? I'm saying this because 10 days have passed since I need an answer to my ticket

She didn't help me as I expected. The store version is 1.1.0, it's have a lot of bugs, then I enter in the changelog page of clockwork and I saw that the supposed official version is 1.2.2. In one of my tickets a nice guy told me that: Hi, What is your forum username and i'll get it updated? Since then I've been waiting for him to answer me when I replied

I'm not going to do Conna's work for him, especially when I no longer see any money from the sales he promised on contract to pay me for.

I've been long done with working for C16 for free, and doing all these things to help the CW user experience. Sorry, but if you want something done, ask Conna, and if you don't get your answer, oh well, let your friends know how terrible the customer support is, so they don't have to get trapped into a stagnant gamemode that isn't even at 1.0 yet. No hate to @trurascalz at all, he's a hero for sticking around this long and handling customer support mostly by himself for what appears to be free.

Please don't ping me for help with CW, don't send people with questions to me, I don't want to do Conna's work for him anymore. I know Atomic's files have messages saying to ask me any questions and give me feedback, but that was when I was getting paid to do it, and I'd prefer if people don't do it now. Sorry to the people this inconveniences.

It has some minor issues that are fixed in the latest version of the schema.

No, it's a permanently bug, at least in 1.1.0

It's possible they meant a github version? I don't have Atomic so not sure if they have staging builds for CW. But I usually go for the beta channel builds on my server, on a blue-moon I'll port the alpha channel build for CW.

If Atomic only has a delta channel build then it's possible that it's a typo and you're literally wasting your time. Otherwise it's possible that Clockwork just isn't supporting Atomic anymore since NightAngel is on strike. With a very valid reason.
