    128 ticks works great the more the better amirite

    33 usually works great for me

    I think powers of 2 work best with Source, but i'd say use a max of 64/66. Too high of a tickrate will put your server under more load.

    stick with whatever your server is running at default, but if something does need to be changed (if the default is bad) you should go with what cash said. 66 is pretty ideal.

    Eh, coming from experince to handle 30+ players Id bump your tickrate down depending on your server. Ive set my tickrate on Earthfall as low as 16 sometimes the minimal which I think is 11. Keep in mind I set it to 11 and 16 to run 50-60 players lag free on an eh server(not sure of the specs)

    I just do it for good measure since a power of 2 will most likely result in less runt or giant packets since the majority of packets have a 64K limit.
