Help Time format used in Clockwork MySQL Database

    I was wondering what time format was used in the Clockwork MySQL Database as I need to create a last joined roster and I'm not sure how it is done.
    I will attach a picture showing you what I am talking about!

    I'm talking specfically about the _LastPlayed and _TimeCreated
    Sorry if this is just a waste of time, but I didn't think this was support desk worthy.
