Where can I apply for whitelist?

I think there's a plugin/addon out there you can use that makes it that you must be in a certain (yours) steam group to be able to connect to the server. You can set the steam group to invite-only. This worked really well for me in the past and is much easier than using password for the server etc. Just thought that might be a helpful way of having a whitelist-only server.

it's an alright post and community overall (from how it appears).
if this were say, a public server and you had the same policy on hacks and cheats, i would have my biased opinion.
i don't care for the S2K policy, but, it's pretty much the most straight-forward solution.
i have a problem with military rp though, and that is that it does not really portray the military in a satisfactory way to me (generally speaking).
i'll definitely try this out with an open mind if i can find time and am allowed.

OT: Are any Rebels/Combine going to be played by NPC's?

 

The best way I can explain this (as I'm very bad at explaining things) is that it'll be split. There will be a usage of NPCs combined with players as opposing force, not both at the same time though.

Also at Noble whether you'll be allowed to play or not depends on if you're serious and as in the guidelines won't pull the whole 'xD meme!!', that's if it's what you meant by being allowed to play. same for everyone as well.

@Bismarack is showing me very good progress. They have been hard at work getting everything together for the server. I also have been working on a big surprise for the server and community, but that's all I can say about that...

to those still wondering, this is still a thing. I don't have infinite time so I've been posting weekly updated on the forums which are down because spambots, it's being handled. I'd say it's about a few weeks from release, by then I'll have to start preparing for midterms in college. Will keep everyone updated.

Spoke to owner IRL, a lot is happening. We just had midterms, life etc. I helped with deving.. Bismarck did job, just waiting on Omega to finish the writing department up.
Besides, release is around Thanksgiving or something.

Good servers take time. Bad servers are made in 1 day expecting to gain playerbase.
Atleast they are putting effort into this. Can't say same for some other servers..
