    I got it to work, but I just have one question -

    I would like to make other factions/classes able to view reports, approve and comment on them. How could I make that possible?

    Its really only designed for the MPF as it filters "admins" by name, eg MPF-DVL-XXXX

    Ah, sad to hear that; the developer managed to get pretty far, only trouble was giving the administration functions to the faction.
