So this is the website I've been using for the past four/five days to learn elementary level .lua
And, surprise surprise, I still haven't learnt all that much, other than the structure of code and how parameters work, ect
I brought this up a while back but no one really gave a reply, but I think it would be a really cool idea to have a board for coding tutorials to be made, especially for Clockwork and the likes. I know all of the templates for items and stuff are there, but it's really just a way for people like me to copypasta stuff, like I have done so many times in the past.

We have a lot of really great code writers in this community, and it would be a godsend for them to put it in ways we can understand, giving the opportunity to receive feedback and have our questions and misunderstandings answered. Because I really can't take flicking through these .lua pages and thinking "Uh, what?"

Call me dumb, but yeah. Call me dumb.
I think this would be a cool way to make the language a much less intimidating thing to learn, and bring about a whole new wing to the forum that everyone can benefit from

So youve coded like what 20 schemas and are still reading "elementary lua" ? how does that work .-.

Coding is trial and error. Make stuff and learn, don't read.

I know coding is trial and error
But this just makes it easier to be able to fix and to understand
    How did you learn, Tru?

Eh by trial and error lel. Just try making stuff knowing another language is always a bonus, if you don't know another language lua is a good language to get to another language.

If you know Lua and have experience in Garry's Mod, Clockwork is not really much different. Clockwork defines a lot of functions and libraries itself. The hook system, one of the core features of Garry's Mod, works pretty much the exact same way in Clockwork, except instead of hook.Call it's Clockwork.plugin:Call and the gamemode argument is scrapped. The function names and parameters give you an idea of what the function does and returns. There's also this thread.
