[Updated] Commented Clockwork Hooks and Libraries

Someone was having trouble viewing the hooks and whatnot and since they don't have any comments on the site yet I thought I'd do this. Some of the libraries could not be automatically parsed with my program so I just left those out because I'm lazy. There is no actual code in these files. Just the hooks and functions. The only difference between these files and the wiki is that these are commented (and have arguments). I did not comment these, either a past Clockwork contributor, Impulse, or kurozael did. kurozael said he was working on actually adding comments and whatnot to the wiki, if I recall correctly. Not too sure, though, as this happened a while ago. I will remove this once that is done. The only reason I'm not adding these onto the actual wiki itself is because the formatting is weird there and I don't know how to use it with my program.

EDIT: Added syntax. It looks a little weird, though. Will try to work on it.

I'm going to add these to actual HTML pages when I get home, and use syntax coloring, so that they can be easier on the eyes.

Too late, I already gave up. LOL. I'm terrible with HttpWebRequests and all I can use is a shitty WebBrowser control that is extremely slow and not professional at all. Until I can get HttpWebRequests down I can't do the wiki D:
