RP could be improved but that comes wit every server other than that love it.

 

Think about it, if you fuck with a heavily augmented unit and you're a malnourished citizen. Chances are you're going to get the shit kicked out of you.

 

I disagree with some of their lore and such, but the RP isn't that bad.

This is nothing less than common sense, but augmented units? Please god no. Only OTA should use Augs, unless there's some "edgy memelord bobgood xdddd I mak kule hl2arpee xddd" side to this, which I'm guessing from the fact you said Aug units, there is. Auged units is one of the single most cancerous and subpar ideas of modern hl2rp history. The cancer needs to be stopped.

 

To be quite honest, I'd like to join this server. I like how the thread is much more compressed, so I don't have to look at a massive wall of text.

Restrictive servers are a bit stupid. If you want to enforce roleplay, then you should have admins competent enough to monitor roleplay.

+1, if you really have a 'veteran movement', they'd be professional enough to know bans should be formatted messages and not just a way to win an argument with the last word.

 

I put some new procedures in place for punishments last night on the forums for the staff specifically, we haven't had a ban since so we haven't been able to use the new procedure.

 

Who ever said the server was restricted? Players can pretty much do anything they want (Without breaking the rules), they just have to make friends with the right people.

 

It gets the job done I suppose, hop on some time.

 

By augmented units, I meant specifically the Sector Commander and the Divisional Leaders.

Even OfCs by lore have minor augments.

 

why would commanding units need combat enhancing augmentations
its like giving obama an armored exoskeleton and an ar-15
they're not supposed to see combat so why have the augmentations? to look c00l?

 

It's to enhance that ERP experience for the SeC's special Webl girlfriend

 

If anything, implants to them should be more focused on controlling them psychologically and physically rather than being warranted to act as if they're in a Matrix movie. Soldiers have some kind of port exiting their torso, which I assume is meant to make them dependable on the Combine for feeding since their digestive system was replaced and they probably can't eat other kinds of food except the one provided by the Combine.

 

Basically you RP with rebels or admins and you can do anything. That sounds shady as fuark.

Lore no one declares but you and your community. You can make it so OfC's dress in spiderman costume's if you so wish.
