HL2RP Vortigaunts can use citizen voice commands?

    The Dovahneer i can change my title

    While messing around on a server using the citizen voice commands flag we realized that vortigaunts can use the voice commands even when not given the flag. We tested this with the CP faction and they couldn't use them.

    Using RJ's vorts, kurochi's vc flag and mistypandaman's voices.
