  2. GG, though the best diet is to just eat your usual meals but eat less of them and then work out more; most of it is exercising/energy expenditure than actual dieting. You could probably eat exactly what you eat now, but exercise; and you'd easily lose weight. "B-but exercising is hard/boring!" Yep, it's why I'm still a fat sack of shit too ;D

    I don't diet personally but you do need the right nutrients depending what you're going for. I'd say my way isn't exactly the healthiest but I just cut my meals down to 2 and sometimes 1 a day and take tablets to boost my metabolism. Do a lot of cardio and weight lifting and leave it at that.
     
  4. Cutting your meals down can be just as bad as eating too much, because when you stop and you relax into a normal schedule again; your body is all "The fuck?"
    I exercised for a month once, lost about two stone or I think it was just under; but I ended up putting it back on because I went from dieting to normal eating again.

    I don't know how people shred weight so easily. It's taken me months to lose a stone, I think it's because I've always had a high calorie diet any ways, that and I'm doing weight training at the same time. So you know, muscle weighs more than fat.

    I took a diet for a month and lost absolutely no weight, then I went to the gym every other day or so like I currently do, and I've lost a shit ton of weight. Dieting is a myth, people.

  11. If you want to lose weight here is what you need:

    Cardio

    Diet

    Lifting

    Don't do just cardio, do a little bit of cardio with lifting. The muscle will eat through the fat. Dieting without exercise doesn't work at all. If anyone needs a diet to start with, toss me a PM.

  13. Dieting by eating specific foods isn't just about eating specific foods. If I wanted to drop 10 pounds, I would eat a lot more and a lot lighter (low calories, high fiber/nutrients) to keep my metabolism burning. Eating a cock, some balls, and a cumshot isn't going to shed off pounds, you greasy fat fuck you. I've been at a stand-still weight of 170 (5'10) for the past year.

  16. Just don't like a pig (but it's still ok to eat w/e) and run everyday. Oh yeah, and that protein shake shit for breakfast really does work. I have a buddy who puts it in his coffee every morning (and he's in track and runs and all that shit) and from the results I can honestly say it's probably not a necessity but something to consider.

    When you increase your metabolism everything else follows.
