What are some good video games?

Looking specifically into RTS and RPG games, if anyone can reccomend like three

 

Star wars: Knights of the old Republic I & II

 

Total War: Shogun 2

I heard the Civ games are neat but I've never played.

 

Own it

Considering getting it, probably after I beat Total War: Medieval II

 

You own it? Why waste money on other games that might suck, when you have two perfectly good games better than most now a days.

 

I've gotten all endings for both games with the extended content, I'm not doing that bullshit all over again.

Serious recommendation though, Company of Heroes II, Hearts of Iron IV and uh Civ series.

Just to thrown in as well, Mass Effect if you haven't played it yet.

Any of you boys play Stellaris? I haven't touched it since it's initial release which was a year ago i believe?

I don't know if i should get back into it or not, might pick up the DLC but i heard it's just cosmetic garbage.

 

DLC is trash and the game gets boring quick imo.

It is but I found stellaris to be 10x more fun if you just do multiplayer the more people the more fun


get Victoria 2 so you can see first hand how the free market ultimately solves everything

E: I know you said RTS and RPGs, but I was just listing some of them. The Binding of Isaac is an RPG/Dungeon Crawler tho.

 

Buy Victoria 2 with all the DLC's if you like empire building and managing politics.
