    Well, in the UAE, you don't really want to go outside Dubai or Abu-Dhabi unless you are looking for safari-travelling or some really good desert and canyon views.

    Unfortunately, the UAE is really amazing only if you have lots money to spend. Middle-class is non-existent here and it is basically a place for wealthy people, not anyone else. Dubai is a dream city for the luxurious lifestyles, fast cars, yachts and private planes. Aside from that, there are tons of gorgeous shopping malls, some of them are the biggest in the world; hundreds of really gorgeous entertainment centers, the biggest waterparks, the biggest aquariums, the biggest/fastest rollercoasters; wonderful modern architecture and basically tons of wonderful places to visit. Basically, if you are not limited to some really low amount of money to spend, I'd recommend to visit Dubai at least once.

    As I said, you won't find anything really interesting outside of Dubai. The second major city, Abu Dhabi, is the financial and business centre, as well as religious one. If you are not a muslim, an oil baron or a banker, you don't really want to go there. Anything outside of these two cities are poverty and Sharia law, i.e. your typical Middle-East.

    P.S. Never visit UAE in the summer! It's way too hot there.
