    It takes a bit of work to properly gate off areas, but I'd strongly suggest rp_terminal 6 if you're starting off as a smaller community. Only complaint you might receive with that one is the intentional lack of resistance bases.

    District 47 has a really nice feel and atmosphere to it, but the nexus layout isn't the best. The rebel area is fairly good and feels like it was made to serve a purpose, not house a bunch of people with guns. The geometry in the map is pretty bland and gives the impression that whoever made it hasn't made many maps before, and the map isn't optimized very well. But that's just my take.
